国情教育的新探究

——留学生聆听“从双碳目标谈人类命运共同体”的故事

为了落实习近平总书记给来华留学生的两次回信精神,探索来华留学生国情教育新路径,讲好中国故事、传播中国声音,让来华留学生深入地了解真实的中国,提升中国情怀,我校留学生参加了亚搏体育app官网入口(卫斯理安学院)举办的“从双碳目标谈人类命运共同体”国情教育讲座,讲座由院长常向阳教授主讲。

9月20日下午,在文清301智慧课室,我校网络空间安全、教育学、统计学和管理学等专业的外国留学生与中国师生代表一起参加了讲座。常院长从当今世界各国都关注的“双碳”话题,深入浅出,不仅用实际的数据、中国的做法和政策,讲述了中国作为一个大国的担当,而且通过与留学生的互动,积极引导留学生思考“双碳”与所学专业的密切联系及意义,做为一名现代青年,在人类命运共同体面前,应担负的使命,引起了留学生们的极大兴趣。讲座结束半个小时后,仍有留学生围着常院长就相关问题进行悉心请教。

来自摩洛哥的阿明(JEBBOURI ABDELHAMID),是我校旅游管理专业的博士生,他表示这次讲座对他启发很大,在今后,他要更加关注专业领域内酒店业可持续绿色发展的研究:“Sustainability and the green economy are popular research subjects in the world of academia. Likewise, the tourism industry is concerned about this”.“ in the future I will focus more on green hotels and sustainability ”

与研究课题产生思想共鸣,这是来自巴基斯坦的管理学专业博士生阿米尔(IQBAL AMIR)在这此国情课上的意外收获:“It was wonderful and informative. I have received very useful information from the lecture. Moreover, I am also doing my research in carbon emissions economics ,so it will be useful for my research as well”

讲座上,马来西亚籍的计算机专业本科生罗慧婷(LOH HUITING)与常教授互动:“双碳”与我们计算机专业的联系,以前我从来没有思考过,现在了解,也是有密切关系的。

穆塔西(HUSSAIN MUTTAHIR)是来自巴基斯坦的管理学专业博士生,他赞叹,中国的“双碳”目标的提出和做法,在全球发挥了积极作用,也给其他国家提供了借鉴。“ First of all,I am very thankful to the Dean, school of international education, who provided us an opportunity to listen his fruitful presentation. ... He is expert in research and published many many publications. His presentation was mainly focused on “Double-Carbon” which is the main interest in the world of today. He represented different national forums. He presented carbon emissions and carbon neutrality. He gave some practical implications regarding double carbon. China has played an active role in global response to reach carbon emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060. I think it’s a good starting point to talk about recent policies of some countries especially China, which is innovative, meaningful and expanded my knowledge. Finally, I found a lot of materials to achieve the carbon policy.”

中国国情教育是来华留学教育的基础性内容。此次讲座,从拓展视野,促进学术思考,与人类命运携手担当的多元主题入手,为探索来华留学生国情教育的新路径,推动中国概况课程高质量发展拉开了序幕。接下来,学院还计划理论与实际相结合,优化文化实践基地,带领留学生去“双碳”目标下的实际企业参观实践,不断完善丰富国情教育课程的载体,构建更加系统、科学、完备的来华留学生中国国情教育体系,提升教育效果,培育构建人类命运共同体的青年力量。
